I was lucky enjoy to be invited to Disney’s preview of the Winnie the Pooh exhibition in London’s Victoria & Albert museum (V&A) on Wednesday, ahead of its official opening on Saturday.
This exhibition was an absolute treat, especially for a life-long Winnie the Pooh fan like me. They had everything from movie props to merchandise, though the clear highlight was the number of original pencil drawings that made it into the books themselves. I loved being able to see these early sketches that I remember so well from my childhood.
The V&A have said they want this to be their most immersive exhibition yet, and I can definitely see why. There are letters falling from the ceiling, huge balloons at the entrance, little holes and slides for children to play, and even a little cinema room where people can lie on the floor to watch the stories unfold on the ceiling.

Now that my first set of Disneyland vlogs are over, it’s surely time to start asking about where the next ones will be coming from. It may not be another Florida trip, but I am very excited about what is coming next.
Yes, I’m off to Disneyland Paris once again. Got to make the most of that annual pass, which I bought in April! Having the park tickets already does make the trip a lot cheaper, which is great. My sister Alice is also very excited about the trip. In fact, she’s going to New York City a week before, so July is going to be a great month for her!
During our trip, we’re hoping to get all the rides done, see all the shows and meet lots of characters. I’ve been eagerly following Twitter updates to find out about the new things that Disneyland Paris have coming up for summer. After hearing great things, I can’t wait to see Forest of Enchantment. I’ve heard there’s going to be a new ‘Winnie the Pooh or friends’ meet-up in Fantasyland which I am very excited for. If you’ve followed my vlogs for a while, you’ll know that both Alice and I are big fans of the Hundred Acre Wood gang. Such great hugs!
I can’t wait to show my sister all of my favourite bits from my last trip. From Crush’s Coaster and Tower of Terror to Mickey and the Magician and the 25th anniversary castle show, I know it’s going to be an amazing trip.
We’re heading off in mid to late July, so do keep an eye out for our updates and the vlogs which will be coming very soon afterwards. Now it’s time to get excited!
Can you think of a world without the Disney Store in the closest city? Thankfully, being 22, I can’t remember a time before this shop brought a bit of magic to the high street. In fact, pixie dust has been sprinkled in the UK for 30 years now, and I am so thankful that the shops remain as popular as ever. I’m lucky enough to work quite near to the flagship UK store on Oxford Street, London. That means that whenever I’ve had a rough morning at work, I can power walk over to the Disney Store, check out all the new merchandise, chat to some Cast Members, and leave with a smile on my face, ready to handle the rest of the day. That’s pretty special.
A few weeks ago, the Disney Store contacted me to help celebrate their big birthday this year. Bloggers are coming together to recreate scenes from their favourite Disney movies, using props that are on sale now with Disney.
If you know me, you’ll know that I have a slight obsession with Winnie the Pooh, so that had to be top of my list. Then I got a special delivery on Saturday afternoon with Disney branding all over it. The package felt soft and squishy, so I had some idea of what it was going to be. Opening it, I found the cutest Eeyore soft toy ever. He’s super soft and perfectly huggable.
