Experience Gifts to the Magic Kingdom

If you know me, then you’ll know that you probably shouldn’t get me talking about Disney unless you’ve got a few hours to spare. I can wax lyrical about the atmosphere, the rides, the food… I could go on.

Surely there is no better present than giving someone the gift of going to Disney. I love watching all those tear-jerking ‘we’re going to Disney World’ reveal videos on YouTube when I need a pick-me-up. That joy is just contagious. If you have the ability to make someone’s dream come true, the lovely people at Cloud 9 Living have just a few reasons why you should visit (and they’re a lot more concise than I would be)!

A gift experience to Orlando is something that dreams are made of. If you’re in need of an experience birthday gift idea that will surprise and amaze, experiencing Orlando may be the perfect gift.

Beautiful City of Orlando

There are various theme parks in Orlando, and all are enchanting, but there is much more to see than enchanting  theme parks. The city is close to Daytona Beach if you’re looking for a day at the beach, or a pirate’s dinner adventure could be perfect for adventure lovers. If you want to take your trip to the next level, don’t forget a helicopter tour to get a bird’s eye view of the city.  Enjoy shopping and concert events in Orlando as well such as Cirque De Soleil for added wonder.

The Wonderful World of the Magic Kingdom

Orlando is home to hundreds of attractions. However, if ultimate magic and adventure is on your list, Disney’s Magic Kingdom is top of our list. The Magic Kingdom is home to the Disney castle that stands tall and bright in the center of the park. It is also home to the original mouse and hundreds of other characters to meet. The princesses also hang out here and are always open to autographs, hugs and photos. It is the ultimate magical experience for those wanting to experience the world of Disney. If you only have one day to spend to soak up the Disney magic, then it should definitely be here. There are several different exclusive experiences that involve Disney World. These experiences are nothing less than amazing and full of magic. Here are a few experiences to be had while at Disney World:

  • Keys to the Kingdom Tour
This amazing tour is perfect for the adult fan of Disney. This is a five-hour long tour that takes you through the history behind the Mouse and also behind the scenes of the park and how it works. This is amazing for any Disney lover that has been a fan for a long time. The Keys to the Kingdom Tour really gives you the keys and makes you feel as if you own it.

  • Family Magic Tour
This tour is perfect for all ages and takes you on an amazing scavenger hunt through the park. This tour is great to view the park as well as meet some unexpected guests along the way. You are guided through the park and are able to collect clues to unlock an amazing and magical surprise at the end. This two-hour tour is a thrill ride for sure among the other rides that will be had.
  • Character Experiences
There are many different character experiences that can be had on your trip to Disney as well. Captain Jack Sparrow’s Pirate Tutorial is an experience that teaches young pirate’s all about the pirate’s life. You can meet Captain Jack up close and personal.

You can also encounter Kylo Ren at the Disney Star Wars experience. You can meet Jasmine and Aladdin in Morocco and Alice in Wonderland at the Mad Tea Party. There are hundreds of different places to meet the characters and have time to take photos and get their autograph. You can even plan ahead and meet the characters first hand.

Final Thought

A trip to Disney World is nothing short of magical and something that will be remembered forever. Orlando is an amazing city full of wonder. From shopping to the beach and then back to Universal Studios, there is something for everyone and perfect for anyone on your list.

When I was about 10 my family took a trip to Florida and my parents surprised us one morning by saying we were going to Disney World (we were staying in a different part of Florida) and THEN we got stuck in traffic and never got there! It was many, many years ago and I’m still not over it! 😉

That sounds very traumatic! I think this means you deserve a Disney trip asap. Thanks for your comment, Claire!
